These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Five Aces Ranch website and the booking of any hunt, lodging, or related service with Five Aces Ranch ("we," "us," or "our"). Our Services
Five Aces Ranch is an exotic and trophy hunting outfitter located in Millersview, Texas (Concho County). We offer guided hunts, all-inclusive packages, lodging, and meals. Pricing, availability, and package details are provided at the time of booking and may change without notice until a reservation is confirmed.
Booking, Deposits & Cancellations
A deposit is required to confirm your dates. The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel, and reserves your hunt window and lodging. If Five Aces has to cancel your hunt, your deposit is refunded.
Since it is real hunting we cannot promise a harvest, so the hunt fee itself is not refunded. BUT if it does not work out we reschedule you and you only pay for meals and lodging, and the hunt fee carries over to your rescheduled hunt. We make it right.
If you need to change your dates, contact us as early as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you based on availability.
Hunting Licenses & Legal Compliance
A Texas hunting license is required for everyone, including out-of-state hunters and even when hunting with a guide. Native species like whitetail also require tags. Exotic species do NOT require tags. Hunters must get their own license before arrival.
You are responsible for complying with all applicable Texas hunting laws and regulations during your stay.
Assumption of Risk
Read This Before You Hunt
Hunting and related outdoor activities involve inherent risks, including the use of firearms, travel over uneven terrain, contact with wildlife, and exposure to the elements. You participate voluntarily and assume these risks. You agree to follow all safety instructions given by our guides and staff. We may require you to sign a separate liability waiver before your hunt.
Text Messaging Terms (SMS)
By submitting a form on our website and checking the SMS consent box, which is never pre-checked and is not required to book, you give written consent to receive promotional text messages from Five Aces Ranch. If you text us or contact us first, we may reply about your inquiry and send transactional messages such as booking confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups, but we will not send promotional texts without your written opt-in.
