Between hunts, they're eating home-cooked meals together, swapping stories around the fire pit, and making the kind of memories that show up in conversations for years.

Corporate Retreat Questions
How far in advance should we book a corporate retreat?
We recommend booking at least 4 - 6 weeks out, especially for fall hunts (September - November) and the October - May peak. For larger groups, 8+ weeks is ideal to lock in your preferred dates.
Can our group mix different species across hunters?
Absolutely. Every hunter in your group can choose their own species and trophy class. One person might chase an axis buck while another goes for a scimitar oryx. We customize the experience per hunter within your group package.
What if some people in our group have never hunted before?
No problem. We welcome first-timers. Our guides are patient, safety-focused, and experienced with beginners. We'll start with range time, go over firearm safety, and pair each new hunter with a guide who'll walk them through every step.
Do you handle any of the logistics, like flights, rental cars, or meat shipping?
We can recommend local lodging options for the night before arrival and connect you with meat processors and taxidermists who ship nationwide. The ranch is about 2.5 hours from San Antonio or Austin airports. We're happy to help your coordinator plan the trip.
What's the deposit and cancellation policy for groups?
A 25% deposit (capped at $1,000 per hunter), non-refundable but reschedulable with 14 days' notice, confirms your booking and secures the date. The remaining balance is due on-site after your hunt (payment plans are welcome). Because it's real hunting we can't promise a harvest, so the hunt fee itself is not refunded. But if it doesn't work out we reschedule you, you only pay for meals and lodging, and the hunt fee carries over to your rescheduled hunt. We do our best to make it right.
