Planning a bachelor party is stressful enough. A hunting trip at Five Aces takes the headache out of it. You book the dates, tell us how many guys are coming, and we handle the rest: lodging, food, guides, and the hunt itself. All you need to bring is your crew (and your cooler).
We handle the itinerary, the meals, and the rides on the ranch. Your group shows up, settles into the private lodge, and spends the next two or three days hunting free-ranging exotics by day and swapping stories around the fire pit by night. That's the whole plan.

Every trip is custom-built around your crew: group size, species, and how many nights. Each hunt is priced on our full price list; we bundle your group and send one quote. Non-hunting guests are welcome at $250/day (1 observer free with a Trophy Hunt).

Bachelor Party Questions
How far in advance should we book?
4 - 6 weeks is ideal. Weekends fill fast for bachelor parties, so the sooner the best man locks it in, the better.
What if some of the guys have never hunted before?
That's half the fun. Our guides are patient, safety-first, and experienced with first-timers. We start everyone on the shooting range, go through firearm safety, and pair each new hunter with a guide who walks them through every step. Nobody gets left behind.
Can each guy pick a different animal?
Absolutely. One guy might go for an axis buck, another for a corsican ram, another for a scimitar oryx. We customize the hunt per person within your group package. The groom gets first pick.
What's the deal with drinks?
Alcohol is supplied free. Just tell us your preferred bottle at booking (keep it under ~$100). We've got fridge space, the fire pit, the ice, and the cups. Enjoy it only when you're done hunting for the day.
What's the deposit and cancellation policy?
A 25% deposit (capped at $1,000 per hunter), non-refundable but reschedulable with 14 days' notice, confirms your booking and secures the date; the remaining balance is due on-site after your hunt (payment plans are welcome). Since it's real hunting we can't promise a harvest, so the hunt fee itself is not refunded. But if it doesn't work out we reschedule you, you only pay for meals and lodging, and the hunt fee carries over to your rescheduled hunt. Plans change. We make it right.
How far is the ranch from the nearest airport?
San Angelo Regional Airport (SJT) is the closest, about 40 minutes away. We can help your best man coordinate arrival logistics if needed.
